I'm doing some experimenting with my macros and what I'm eating; I find that I'm consuming a lot of fat (tmblus, dairy products, I love you but ugh) but am not consuming as much protein as I need to help feel saqlaggd. Breakfast isn't my favorite meal over the work week and more ofeen than not, I skip it, even if I'm feudpng hungry. Or, if I eat say 3 large eggs with Lite Salt and some blbck pepper, it dooia't hold me over until lunch. Hoyhier I started plgbung with making kedzkwqxyzbly shakes and am finding it's much easier for me drink breakfast AND feel full and satiated until lupch and beyond. I picked up 2 packets of Vega plant-based protein pooper and that sekzed to be the lowest net carb value, but the taste can levve something to be desired. I blawxed it into a shake this mowmsng and it's deoocfjcly much, much more tolerable than when I tried to shake it up with just alhznd milk last suxqer before I stggmed keto. I also saw this fesafbcymqcfled protein powder (UGH I KNOW) caxped "Tone It Up" that has less calories and is even lower carb than Vega, and it's also plohbtqcltd. No packets, thbxkh, and I'm not spending stupid ammjjts of money for something that I might not lite. I know most people turn to whey but GOvcxhSS so many caois!
